Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Violet Bloom Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY or exchanges if returned within 15 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 
 
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! (No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.)
 
All shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility.
All items must have original tags in place.  
 
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Respond to your Order Confirmation Email telling us the item(s) you would like to return. Please reference our return policy to make sure the item(s) you are returning are eligible for a return. Package your item(s) along with your receipt and mail them to our store in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

Most packages will arrive just fine, but if anything happens in transit with the carrier, Violet Bloom is not responsible. Once we receive your package, we will respond to your return email.
EXCHANGE POLICY
 
We will do our best to help you choose the right size, but if you need to exchange for a different size or color, we are happy to help. Exchanges will be accepted up to 10 days of receiving your item (whether purchased in store or online). 
To exchange an online purchase, please email alison@shopvioletbloom.com to let us know which item you’d like to exchange so we can let you know if we have your correct size or desired color still in stock. If for some reason we do not have your item in stock, we will gladly issue a store credit to be used on another purchase!
